Vous serez en charge :

 * Gérer les inventaires et le stock,
 * Masteriser les postes informatiques,
 * Déployer le parc informatique,
 * Gérer les droits d'accès sur Active Directory,
 * Installer le matériel informatique et les périphéries,
 * Diagnostiquer les dysfonctionnement,
 * Assurer la maintenance préventive et curative des outils informatiques,
 * Assurer la maintenance hardware et software
 * Suivre les incidents via un outil de ticketing,
 * Remonter au niveau supérieur si besoin un incident technique.
