## Description

Pilotage Produit & Roadmap

 * Co-construire avec la DSI et les métiers la roadmap applicative & digitale
 * Prioriser les évolutions dans une logique de création de valeur et ROI
 * Identifier les chantiers structurants (modernisation, cloud, refonte)

Transformation Cloud & modernisation applicative

 * Piloter la migration des applications vers Azure (Move to Cloud)
 * Conduire la transformation des applications legacy vers des architectures modernes
 * Travailler en lien avec les équipes architecture (DAT) pour garantir la cohérence technique

Gouvernance & pilotage opérationnel

 * Suivre le budget projet (engagé / consommé / prévisionnel)
 * Construire et piloter les retroplannings
 * Piloter les ESN / partenaires (contractuel, delivery, performance)

Management & coordination

 * Manager un Product Owner en direct
 * Piloter des équipes internes et externes (ESN) en transverse
 * Fédérer les parties prenantes (IT, métiers, marketing, business)

Interface métier & communication

 * Traduire les enjeux techniques en impact métier compréhensible
 * Animer des ateliers et accompagner la conduite du changement
 * Être un point de contact de référence entre IT et business
