## About the Role

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering (or similar), or equivalent experience
 * Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in structural modeling
 * At least 3 years of experience with Tekla Structures
 * Strong knowledge of precast concrete and steel structures
 * Experience developing Tekla user components is a plus
 * Independent, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
 * Ambitious and motivated to grow within complex engineering projects

## Description

* Independently model and detail structural building components
 * Develop and manage Tekla models for complex construction projects
 * Maintain communication with engineers, clients, and project stakeholders
 * Identify and discuss additional work or project changes
 * Contribute to the optimization of 3D modeling workflows and processes
 * Support and guide junior modelers within the team
 * Monitor project planning and report potential delays
 * Ensure accurate documentation and archiving of project data
 * Track and manage your own work administration (hours, progress)
 * Handle technical issues or client feedback professionally
