## About the Role

* 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Python software engineering or AI engineering.
 * Strong programming skills in Python.
 * Practical experience with AI, Machine Learning, NLP, or Search-related applications.
 * Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
 * Knowledge of search technologies and information retrieval concepts.
 * Experience with at least one major cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
 * Familiarity with data engineering and machine learning frameworks.
 * Understanding of software development best practices, version control, and Agile methodologies.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
 * Dutch language proficiency at B1 level or higher, or native Dutch.
 * Willingness and availability to work onsite in the Netherlands.
