## About the Role

* At least 6 years of experience as a backend software engineer
 * Strong knowledge of Core Java (v17/21/25)
 * Experience with Kafka, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, and Docker is a plus
 * Experience designing and building distributed, low-latency systems
 * Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
 * Experience in FinTech or mission-critical environments is a strong advantage
 * Completed technical BSc or MSc
