In your first year, you'll be paired 1-on-1 with a senior engineer who will personally mentor you. You'll learn how to make smart architectural decisions, balance quality with impact, and collaborate closely with people who speak at top-tier tech conferences.

You'll work in a polyglot environment, using languages like Java, Kotlin, Scala, TypeScript, and Go.You'll also explore cutting-edge cutting-edge technologies- generative AI, microservices and event sourcing-and learn how to leverage them to move businesses forward.
