You will work closely with experienced cloud specialists to bring the target environment into production, then take ownership of its further evolution. This means working on the security and connectivity layer that allows people, systems and external partners to access the right services in the right way. You will work in an international setting, collaborating with stakeholders across multiple countries, including operational teams, application specialists, external software providers and group entities. That means this role is not just about configuring cloud services. You will become the technical person people turn to when secure access, connectivity or integrations need to work properly across organisational and geographical boundaries. At the same time, you will be based in a high-quality Amsterdam office, close to the local business stakeholders, while retaining the flexibility to work from home 2 to 3 days per week. You will work with modern Azure servicessuch as Entra ID B2B, Conditional Access, Azure Firewall, VNets, Private DNS, Private Endpoints, Key Vault, Defender, Azure Web Apps, Functions, Logic Apps, Container Instances, Azure SQL and Azure DevOps. The real engineering challenge is not simply deploying cloud services. It is making identity, networking, applications and external integrations work together securely in a global environment where reliability matters. You will get the chance to think about questions such as: * How do we securely connect users and systems from multiple international entities without creating an identity mess? * How do we bring external applications and integrations into a protected Azure environment without weakening security? * How do we make cloud operations easier, safer and more automated as the platform evolves? Because the local team is small, you will have visible influence. You will not disappear into a large corporate IT department or spend your days maintaining old infrastructure. This is a role for someone who enjoys hands-on Azure engineering, likes ownership and wants to work on security and connectivity that actually matter. ## Related Videos - [Develop enterprise-ready applications for Microsoft Teams with Azure resources on modern web technologies](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/187-develop-enterprise-ready-applications-for-microsoft-teams-with-azure-resources-on-modern-web-technologies) - [Hacking MSSQL on Cloud.
