## About the Role

* Excellent degree from a world-renowned university in Engineering, Physics or similar
 * Proven track record successfully handling large and challenging industrial/scientific systems with substantial requirement sets throughout their full lifecycle
 * Strong core systems engineering knowledge including industry best practices and the ability to apply these principles to unique systems
 * Good knowledge of health and safety matters related to electrical systems

## Description

This team are looking for a Systems Engineer to lead the system integration for a new, large industrial/scientific installation. You will have a key role managing the full lifecycle of this system including ensuring the various parts of the installation integrate cohesively, organising the (sometimes conflicting) requirements put upon the system from designers and users, and keeping track and controlling all changes made to the system. You will be working on a unique system with highly bespoke parts, many of which are made on-site, which all have specific and unusual requirements, so a solid understanding of system engineering and the ability to apply it in a flexible manner is essential.
