## About the Role

* Demonstrable software development skills honed through significant professional experience. Will be very familiar with the full software life-cycle and understand the commercial constraints on projects and technical resources.
 * Experience in technical leadership including exposure to Agile.
 * Technical skills will include Python (although JavaScript would also be considered). These will be coupled with extensive project experience with cloud platforms (ideally AWS); front-end and back-end development; and continuous integration.
 * Further exposure to modern cloud, data and devops technologies would be highly desirable.

## Description

This Cambridge tech company is looking to hire a Lead Developer to manage a small development team (providing technical leadership, coaching and mentoring) whilst (as a team) building robust software for cloud-based applications. Key aspects will include system architecting, technology selection and interfaces, hence a broad understanding of modern cloud technologies and coding languages is needed.
