You will collaborate with colleagues and clients across a range of technical disciplines to gather and report insights from customer data and drive the adoption of their new analytics platform. This effort will help guide the evolution of the company's products and benefit their end users. You will need excellent collaboration and communications skills and the analytical skills to sift datasets for valuable insights and present findings verbally and in written form in a way that is accessible to a non-technical audience. You will need to be customer-focussed, with the ingenuity to overcome any problems that arise and help guide the team to a successful outcome.
