## About the Role

* Ideally STEM degree qualified with demonstrable commercial experience in modern software development practices and applied industry projects using dynamic web applications architecture and cloud / web standards.
 * Competence with a range of technologies including Python. Additional experience with JavaScript would be desirable.
 * Experience with the full software development lifecycle process including requirement analysis, technical design, scoping and estimation.
 * Strong communication skills including documentation (projects are for medical applications).

As this is a senior level role, it is expected that you would mentor junior team members, perform code reviews and contribute to overall designs / architecture.

The offices are based outside of Cambridge in a quiet, scenic location. Use of a car would be useful for most people coming to the office. Hybrid work is on offer with the expectation that you would be in the office at least once a week.
