## Description

As they grow, they have strategically taken on key people to lead different teams, and as they are now expanding their engineering prowess, they are keen to put in place a Lead Software Engineer to lead their growing software team.

The role will be one of the few lead engineer positions in the engineering team that includes software, electronics and quantum computing, and will be a technical reference point for their customers as well as an internal expert within their domain., The company prides itself on working collaboratively and supporting ambitious people in their careers. Hybrid remote / onsite working is possible (minimally 3 days at their offices per week).
