## Description

Working within the IT support team, you'll provide hands-on support for incidents, service requests, planned changes, and Smart Hands activities. You'll also support VIPs, Executives, and Senior Management, taking ownership of issues through to resolution., * Deskside and end-user support

 * Managing incidents and service requests via ServiceNow
 * PC/laptop builds and Windows 11 configuration
 * Active Directory administration
 * Office 365 support
 * Hardware troubleshooting and repairs
 * Asset management and documentation
 * VIP and Executive user support
 * Supporting project work as required
