## About the Role

* Experience providing 1st and 2nd line IT support
 * Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory and Microsoft 365/Office 365
 * Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS and basic networking
 * Good customer service and communication skills
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 * Previous experience within an educational environment would be desirable

## Description

We are seeking a proactive and motivated IT Technician to join a central Trust IT team supporting multiple schools across Greater London and Essex. You will provide technical support to staff, students and visitors, working across different school sites and supporting a wide range of IT systems and equipment., * Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for PCs, laptops, mobile devices and software

 * Install, configure and troubleshoot computer hardware and Windows operating systems
 * Set up and support AV equipment, projectors and video conferencing systems
 * Manage Active Directory accounts and password resets
 * Assist with network troubleshooting, including Wi-Fi and physical connectivity
 * Maintain accurate IT asset, software and equipment records
 * Support schools with day-to-day IT issues and technical queries
 * Follow health, safety and IT security procedures
