## About the Role

* Proven experience in design engineering, especially with architectural metalwork and fabrication designs.
 * Proficiency in AutoDesk Inventor, AutoCAD, Advance Steel, or SolidWorks.
 * Strong project management and organisational skills.
 * Ability to work independently with great attention to detail.
 * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
 * A degree, HNC, or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
 * A CSCS card and CDM training are beneficial.

## Description

As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for creating detailed designs and technical drawings for mobility infrastructure and digital signage products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, and delivered on time.

 * Create detailed designs and technical drawings for manufacturing, client approval, and installation.
 * Collaborate with the engineering team to generate Bills of Materials (BOMs).
 * Proactively resolve design challenges and ensure products are developed within budget and on time.
 * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure designs are manufacturable, transportable, and maintainable.
 * Assist in improving design and quality systems.
