## About the Role

* Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
 * 3-5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience, ideally within a digital agency or e-commerce environment
 * Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
 * Experience with prototyping tools
 * Portfolio demonstrating UX research methods, design process, and final deliverables for web and mobile products
 * Understanding of responsive design principles and ability to design for multiple devices and screen sizes
 * Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is sufficient to collaborate effectively with developers
 * Excellent communication skills, able to clearly present design rationale and solutions to stakeholders
 * Demonstrated ability to apply accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
 * Experience developing and maintaining design systems, component libraries, and governance
 * Develop web applications using mobile-first responsive design
 * Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities
 * Ability and willingness to learn new technologies
 * Performs tasks with little supervision and is self-motivated and self-directed, * Experience designing within agile or lean UX environments
 * Experience designing B2C, B2B, and D2C e-commerce
 * Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a composable commerce or SaaS environment
 * Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar) to inform data-driven design decisions
 * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with ability to adapt to changing priorities and technologies
