## Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer to design, implement, administer, and optimize Microsoft 365 services across a large enterprise environment. The role focuses on collaboration, messaging, identity, security, governance, and automation within the Microsoft ecosystem., * Design and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Entra ID.

 * Provide Tier 3 support for complex identity, collaboration, and messaging issues.
 * Manage Microsoft 365 tenant administration, licensing, governance, and user lifecycle management.
 * Implement and maintain security, compliance, retention, and information protection solutions.
 * Administer Entra ID, Hybrid Identity, Conditional Access, MFA, and Identity Governance.
 * Manage Exchange Online mail flow, transport rules, messaging security, and hybrid environments.
 * Develop automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
 * Monitor platform health, performance, security, and adoption trends.
 * Create technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge articles.
 * Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and business teams on enterprise solutions.
 * Mentor junior engineers and contribute to Microsoft 365 roadmap and architecture decisions.
