Working within the Digital team, the role acts as an Engineering Delivery Lead / Delivery Coordinator, improving day-to-day delivery execution across internal developers, offshore teams, and external development partners. The role focuses on removing delivery blockers, improving sprint and backlog effectiveness, maintaining delivery transparency, and ensuring SDLC evidence and documentation are current and audit-ready within a regulated healthcare environment. The Software Delivery Specialist supports the Digital Software Manager and Product teams by coordinating people, priorities, dependencies, evidence, and execution. The role provides delivery visibility, risk management, and cross-functional coordination across Product Management, Engineering, QA/RA, Operations, and external partners, while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence. This is an on-site position in Oxford with flexibility. Listed below are the major responsibilities of the role and a brief description of some of the key tasks to be performed.
