## About the Role

As the Firmware Engineer you probably have numerous commercial designs under your belt and possess the confidence to tackle the unknown. This will be backed up by an excellent technical degree and specific knowledge in many of the following areas:

 * DSP design and modelling
 * developing with embedded soft processors
 * experience with tools such as Simulink HDL Coder
 * experience with OpenCPI
 * high-speed electronics design
 * embedded software and/or hardware development and testing
 * signal processing/algorithm design
