Alternatively this would also suit an experience Team Lead who wishes to remain quite hands-on in their software development. The purpose of the team is to create the product version of the audio software created by this start-up. It is essential you are a strong C++ developer in order to guide the team members by good example. Their C++ coding test is thorough and will give you an insight into the quality of the their approach to software.
