## About the Role

An excellent academic history is a must, with a 2:1 in Maths, Computer Science or similar technical subject from a top tier university being the minimum requirement for the position., * 3+ years of experience developing quant software in an industry leading company

 * Excellent coding skills (Python is preferred, but competency in any coding language will be considered as long as the ability to rapidly acquire new coding skills is evident)
 * Strong mentoring and managing skills
 * Ambition and drive to succeed
