Our client is an instrumentation company in the pharmaceutical sector who are growing a team of skilled software developers. They are looking for someone with a background in either Computer Science or instrumentation to take on the technical management of the software development lifecycle, leading the team to successfully deliver key milestones for the company. You will help the team to produce high-quality code, assist them set challenging targets for themselves and encourage them to make the most of their technical skills. You will also run projects and be comfortable running daily stand-up meetings, organising development sprints. You need excellent people skills and the ability to communicate and manage all stakeholders in the process. The friendly team, based at their site in Cambridge, supports flexible working hours and career development for all their employees.
