Requirements5+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager in HRIS environments
Strong experience delivering global, end?to?end HRIS projects
Proven ability to operate in agile environments
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to challenge and influence decision?making
Experience defining and managing product roadmaps
High level of autonomy and strong communication skills
ResponsibilitiesLead end?to?end HRIS projects from initiation to delivery in a global context
Drive project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting across multiple regions
Manage and continuously refine the product roadmap, aligning business priorities and timelines
Actively challenge requirements when needed and support strategic decisions
Ensure clear communication, alignment, and engagement across all stakeholders
