You'll sit at the intersection of regulatory, product, engineering, and external partner needs, translating complex requirements into actionable technical solutions. Your work will help ensure that core network services are not only technically integrated but also compliant, scalable, and fit for local market conditions. You'll lead discovery with mobile network operators, regulators, and internal teams to define requirements, priorities, dependencies, and delivery approaches. The role combines technical analysis, solution design, documentation, stakeholder management, and hands-on functional leadership of engineering teams. You'll work across multiple countries and market environments, balancing compliance requirements with maintainability, scalability, and delivery efficiency.
