## About the Role

* Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bauwesen.
 * Sie bringen Berufserfahrung mit, idealerweise in der Bau- oder Projektleitung von Data Centern, Pharma-Projekten, Krankenhausbau oder ähnlichen Bauprojekten.
 * Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen VOB, Terminplanung, Kostencontrolling, Ausführungsplanung und Bauausführung.
 * Der sichere Umgang mit MS Office sowie Ausschreibungs- und Terminplanungsprogrammen ist für Sie selbstverständlich.
 * Sie treten souverän gegenüber verschiedenen Projektbeteiligten auf und überzeugen durch Authentizität und Kompetenz.
 * Sie kommunizieren offen und motivierend und formulieren Ihre Ziele klar und nachvollziehbar. Dabei verfügen Sie über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B1).
