 * Installation und Konfiguration von Hard- und Softwarelösungen
 * Eigenständige Analyse von Störungen in der IT-Landschaft
 * Aktive Lösungsfindung im Team bei IT-Problemen
 * Saubere Dokumentation und klare Kommunikation mit Kund:innen
 * Austausch von Hardware
