This includes PHY, memory controllers, NOC, microcontrollers, MBIST, interfaces, adapters, RAS, buffers, etc. * Familiarity with hardware emulation and pre-silicon validation methodologies (e.g., Palladium, Veloce, Zebu) as architectural enablers. ## Description As an HBM SoC Architect, you will work on SoC architecture of HBM logic die in the Heterogeneous Integration Group (HIG). You will be responsible for defining, driving, and owning the end-to-end architecture of next-generation HBM SoCs.
