 * Fachliche Stärke & Analysekompetenz: Du denkst konzeptionell und analytisch, kannst fachliche Anforderungen strukturiert aufnehmen, hinterfragen und in tragfähige Lösungskonzepte überführen - von der Prozessanalyse bis zur fachlichen Spezifikation.
 * Kommunikation & Zusammenarbeit: Du kommunizierst klar und wertschätzend, erklärst komplexe Inhalte verständlich und gestaltest Workshops, Schulungen sowie Kundenpräsentationen aktiv - von der Vorbereitung bis zur Durchführung. Teamarbeit ist dir wichtig, und du hast Freude daran, dein Wissen mit Kolleg:innen zu teilen und gemeinsam besser zu werden.
 * Sprache & Reisebereitschaft: Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft bei Bedarf (ca. 25-40 %) bringst du mit.
