## About the Role

 * Hybrid, Zur Verstärkung des bestehenden Microsoft-Teams suchen wir einen erfahrenen Microsoft Exchange Experten (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt auf Exchange Server, Exchange Online sowie Hybrid-Umgebungen.

In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für den Betrieb, die Administration und die Weiterentwicklung der Exchange-Infrastruktur. Sie stellen einen sicheren, stabilen und leistungsfähigen Messaging-Betrieb sicher, begleiten die Integration und Verwaltung von Exchange Online und treiben die Optimierung der Microsoft-Umgebung aktiv voran.

Ihre Tätigkeit

 * Administration & Betrieb: Betrieb, Monitoring und Administration von Microsoft Exchange On-Premises und Exchange Online sowie Sicherstellung eines stabilen und performanten E-Mail-Betriebs.
 * Migrationen: Planung und Durchführung von Exchange-Migrationen in die Cloud, inklusive hybrider Umgebungen.
 * Fehlerbehebung & Support: Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie Optimierung der Exchange-Infrastruktur.
 * Projektarbeit: Mitarbeit an Projekten rund um Exchange, E-Mail-Security, Microsoft Teams und SharePoint sowie Umsetzung technischer Anforderungen.
 * Dokumentation: Pflege der Systemdokumentation und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards.
 * Weiterentwicklung: Bewertung neuer Microsoft-Funktionen und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Exchange-Umgebung.
