 * Benutzer- und Berechtigungsverwaltung im Active Directory
 * IT Support (remote, telefonisch oder vor Ort) für Microsoft Windows Betriebssysteme, Softwareanwendungen sowie Telefonie und Konferenzsysteme (Microsoft Teams) auf Grundlage von Service Level Management-Prozessen
 * Einrichten von Client Arbeitsplätzen mittels standardisierter Prozesse
 * Management von Hardware, Software, Assets und Access sowie die Beschaffung von IT-Komponenten
 * Erarbeitung von Konzepten und Dokumentationen zur
