 * Hybrid, * Als Teil für eines eingespielten Teams bist du mit für die Administration, Konfiguration und Wartung der Collaboration- und Communication-Systeme (Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) zuständig.
 * Du stellst die Verfügbarkeit, Performance und Stabilität der Kommunikationsplattformen sicher.
 * Bei der Einführung, Integration und Weiterentwicklung neuer Collaboration-Tools und -Funktionen wirkst du unterstützend mit.
 * Du verwaltest Benutzerkonten, Gruppen, Berechtigungen und Richtlinien innerhalb der M365-Umgebung.
 * Du setzt Kommunikationsrichtlinien (z. B. Teams-Governance, E-Mail-Signaturen, Chat-Richtlinien) um und pflegst diese.
 * Im Rahmen des 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Supports bist du für das Monitoring, Störungsbehebung und Dokumentation zuständig.
 * Du erstellst und pflegst technische Dokumentationen sowie Know-how-Transfer an interne Supporteinheiten.
 * Du wirkst bei der IT-Sicherstellung und Compliance im Bereich Collaboration & Communication (z. B. MFA, DLP etc.).
 * Weiter unterstützt Du bei Migrationen, Systemanbindungen und Automatisierungen (z. B. Exchange-Migrationen, SharePoint Online-Projekte) sowie bei IT-Projekten mit Kommunikationsbezug (z. B. Integration von Standorten, Unified Communications).
