Prozessberatung: Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Geschäftsprozesse sowie Unterstützung bei der Beratung der Fachbereiche zur idealen Abbildung im ERP- und CRM-Kontext

Integrationsmanagement: Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Anbindung neuer Systeme und der Erweiterung bestehender Schnittstellen in der IT-Landschaft
