* Projektmanagement: Planung, Steuerung und Koordination von Microsoft 365 Projekten von der Anforderungsanalyse bis zum Go-Live
 * Kundenberatung: Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen und Erarbeitung passgenauer M365-Lösungen
 * Implementierung: Begleitung der technischen Umsetzung in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem IT-Team
 * Schulung & Support: Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen und Unterstützung der Kunden im laufenden Betrieb
 * Innovation: Beobachtung neuer Microsoft-Features und deren Einsatzmöglichkeiten für unsere Kunden
