 * Hybrid, * Übernahme des 1st- und 2nd-Level-Supports in den SAP-Modulen QM, PP, MM, SD, FI, CO sowie angebundener MES-Systeme
 * Analyse, Priorisierung und Bearbeitung von Incidents und Service Requests
 * Aufnahme, Strukturierung und Bewertung von Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen
 * Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in technische Spezifikationen (Tickets, User Stories, Fachkonzepte)
 * Steuerung und Koordination externer SAP-Berater und Entwickler
 * Qualitätssicherung sowie Test und Abnahme von Entwicklungsergebnissen
 * Planung und Durchführung von Funktions-, Integrations- und Abnahmetests
 * Dokumentation von Prozessen, Lösungen und Änderungen
 * Durchführung von Anwender- und Key-User-Schulungen
 * Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Migration auf SAP S/4HANA (inkl. Tests, Datenmigration, Cutover)
 * Kontinuierliche Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der SAP-Prozesse und Systemlandschaft
