## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung / Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Systemumfeld, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Storage-Systeme (File, Block, Object)
 * Erfahrung mit NetApp und/oder Ceph wünschenswert
 * Kenntnisse in der Administration von Storage-Infrastrukturen und Hochverfügbarkeit
 * Erfahrung im Scripting (z. B. Ansible, Bash, PowerShell, Python)
 * Verständnis für Automatisierung und Infrastruktur-Prozesse
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (schriftlich und mündlich)
 * Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
 * Teamfähigkeit sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

## Description

* Incident- und Major-Incident-Management gemäß SLA/SLO (inkl. komplexer Performance- und Funktionsprobleme)
 * Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung wiederkehrender Störungen (Root Cause Analysis)
 * Sicherstellung der Service-Qualität durch Change-, Problem- und Performance-Management
 * Automatisierung von Provisionierung und Betrieb der Infrastruktur
 * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentation
 * Mitarbeit an Continuous-Improvement-Initiativen
 * Administration und Weiterentwicklung von Storage-Technologien wie SAN, NetApp und Ceph
 * Weiterentwicklung von Storage-Infrastrukturen wie ONTAP, Clusterlösungen und Object Storage (z. B. S3)
 * Monitoring, Analyse und Optimierung von Performance und Verfügbarkeit der Systeme
 * Unterstützung bei Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung technischer Projekte
 * Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und internationalen Einheiten
