 * Betreuung und Optimierung der Windows-Server-Infrastruktur inklusive Active Directory, Gruppenrichtlinien (GPOs), Fileservices sowie Exchange Online im Hybridbetrieb
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen zur Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung fachlicher Anforderungen
 * Analyse, Behebung und nachhaltige Dokumentation von Störungen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support
 * Planung, Priorisierung und eigenständige Umsetzung administrativer Tätigkeiten sowie kleinerer IT-Projekte
 * Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von System-, Prozess- und Betriebsdokumentationen
 * Mitwirkung an Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsinitiativen
