 * Fundierte Erfahrung mit modernen Entwicklungsprozessen, UML, objektorientierter Programmierung, Requirements- und Risikomanagement (z. B. FMEA, Fehlerbaumanalyse) sowie mit Tools wie Polarion
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. Niveau C1), verbunden mit ausgeprägter Kommunikations- und Entscheidungsfähigkeit sowie einer strukturierten, faktenbasierten Arbeitsweise

* Personelle und fachliche Führung sowie Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung der an mehreren internationalen Standorten tätigen Software-Teams
 * Gesamtverantwortung für die strategische Softwarelösungen und -architektur der SEB Professional Software-Plattformen über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
 * Definition, Weiterentwicklung und Sicherstellung einer einheitlichen Softwarestrategie, Engineering-Kultur und moderner Entwicklungsprozesse über Standorte und Marken hinweg
 * Strategische Planung und Steuerung der Entwicklungsprojekte (Ressourcen, Termine, Kosten, Qualität) inkl. Build- und Versionsmanagement sowie Dokumentation
 * Bewertung und Einführung neuer Technologien, Methoden und Tools sowie Initiierung und Umsetzung kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
