## About the Role

* Du bringst Erfahrung im IT-Support oder Helpdesk-Umfeld mit und hast Freude daran, Anwenderinnen und Anwender kompetent zu unterstützen.
 * Du arbeitest serviceorientiert, strukturiert und proaktiv - auch in stressigen Situationen behältst du einen kühlen Kopf.
 * Du kennst dich bestens in Microsoft-Umgebungen aus, insbesondere mit Windows, M365, Teams und Azure AD.
 * Du hast eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. als Fachinformatiker/in für Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung -Quereinsteiger sind ebenfalls willkommen.
 * Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

## Description

* Du bist im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support die erste Ansprechperson für IT-Fragen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Betrieb
 * Du unterstützt unsere Kundinnen und Kunden bei technischen Anliegen - per Telefon, E-Mail oder Fernwartung
 * Du analysierst Störungen, identifizierst deren Ursachen und sorgst für eine schnelle und nachhaltige Fehlerbehebung
 * Darüber hinaus übernimmst du die Installation und Konfiguration von Hard- und Software und stellst die Funktionsfähigkeit sicher
 * Du erstellst präzise technische Dokumentationen und hältst Prozesse sowie Lösungen nachvollziehbar fest
 * Außerdem führst du Schulungen für Anwenderinnen und Anwender durch, damit sie IT-Systeme und Tools optimal im Arbeitsalltag nutzen können
