## Description

Robert Half is hiring an IT Support Technician to support a client in Austin, Texas. This is a long-term contract position offering an incredible opportunity to contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of critical systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring the seamless operation of IT environments., * Provide technical support for Windows and Linux systems, focusing on system upgrades and maintenance.

 * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Active Directory and Microsoft Windows environments.
 * Manage service desk tickets efficiently, ensuring timely resolution of user requests and incidents.
 * Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware and software issues to maintain optimal system performance.
