 * Administrative Unterstützung der Abteilungen Sales und Application Technology Europa
 * Bearbeitung und Koordination von Vorgängen auch im globalen Umfeld (z. B. Schulungsmanagement) sowie Zeit-, Reiseorganisation und -abrechnung
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Berichten und Präsentationen sowie Dokumentenmanagement (z. B. eDMS/SharePoint)
 * Planung, Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung von internen und externen, auch internationalen Meetings inkl. Terminmanagement
 * Zentrale Anlaufstelle im Team, bereichsübergreifende Abstimmungen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern
 * Zusatzfunktion als Sicherheitsbeauftragter, Ersthelfer und Ausbildungsbeauftragter
