 * Entgegennahme, Kategorisierung und Bearbeitung eingehender Supportanfragen per Telefon, E-Mail oder Ticketsystem
 * Dokumentation der Supportanfragen und Lösungen im Ticketsystem
 * Weiterleitung komplexerer Probleme an den 2nd Level Support
 * Diagnose und Behebung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen an Arbeitsplatzrechnern und Druckern
