## Description

Als IT-Administrator:in (m/w/d) Anwendungsbetreuung arbeiten Sie vom Büro München aus eng mit den IT-Kolleg:innen der Firmenzentrale Hamburg zusammen.

 * Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebes der IT-Systeme und -Anwendungen im Büro München
 * First- und Second-Level-Support für unsere ca. 35 Mitarbeitenden am Standort München (Windows-basierte allgemeine und branchenspezifische Anwendungen), sowie remote für die weiteren Standorte
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Support für Hard- und Softwarekomponenten
 * Ticketbearbeitung, zeitnahe Störungsbeseitigung und Dokumentation im Helpdesk-System
 * Administration der Server- und Netzwerkinfrastruktur
 * Verwaltung der IT-Geräte und IT-Verbrauchsmaterialien
