 * Integral member of the global SAP Solution Design Team

 * Collaboration in global teams in the onsite & offshore model
 * Have strong communication skills in both English and the local language.
 * Be willing to travel, with a commitment to a minimum of 60% travel.

 * Engage in functional and process consulting, covering workshops, solution design, implementation, testing,

training, and RICEF design.

 * Collaborate effectively with offshore teams to ensure seamless project execution.
 * Assume the role of project stream lead.
 * Engage in recruitment activities by active participation in hiring and staffing processes., * Leading the SAP Business Process Design for customers as the responsible Solution Architect
