* Verantwortung für die Einführung unserer Maklerverwaltungssoftware bei neuen Kunden - von der Anforderungsaufnahme bis zum Livegang
 * Erstellung von Lösungskonzepten auf Basis der Standardsoftware sowie Identifikation notwendiger Individualanpassungen
 * Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams von aktuell 7 Business Analysten
 * Mitarbeiterentwicklung durch regelmäßige Feedbackgespräche und gezielte Förderung
 * Priorisierung und Steuerung der laufenden Einführungsprojekte im Team
 * Etablierung klarer Rollen, Verantwortlichkeiten und Prozesse im Team
