## Description

* Du übernimmst den 1st & 2nd Level Support von Standard- & Cloud Kund:innen, sowohl remote als auch vor Ort
 * Du führst Migrationen von On-Premise-Lösungen in unsere firmeneigene Cloud durch, wie z.B. Hosted Exchange Server, Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop und VoIPUser
 * Du optimierst und entwickelst die IT- und Cloud-Infrastruktur weiter
 * Du wartest und pflegst Cloud- und On-Premise-Lösungen
 * Du baust neue private und public Cloud Services auf und überwachst, analysierst sowie wertest das Monitoring aus
 * Du migrierst Kund:innen auf unsere Cloud-Telefonanlage (Hosted PBX)
