## Description

* Beschaffung, Verwaltung und Instandhaltung aller IT- und Telekommunikationsgeräte
 * Einrichtung, Konfiguration und Pflege von Standard Hard- und Software gemäß den Anforderungen der Fachbereiche
 * Wartung, Aktualisierung und Sicherstellung der Funktionsfähigkeit aller eingesetzten Systeme
 * Regelmäßige Überprüfung und Bewertung von Risiken innerhalb der IT-Infrastruktur und der Betriebsprozesse
 * Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden bei täglichen IT-Anwendungsproblemen und technischen Fragestellungen
 * Betreuung und Pflege der Netzwerkinfrastruktur einschließlich Benutzerverwaltung und Datenpflege
 * Erstellung von Reports und Auswertungen aus den eingesetzten Systemen, insbesondere dem ERP-System Complex
 * Betreuung der Telefonanlage, Mobiltelefone sowie Sicherstellung der Einsatzbereitschaft von Druckern, Kopierern und Scannern
