You will be monitoring current processes and implementing new solutions with the goal to improve overall business efficiency. You will be working with our team of engineers and developers who are proficient in IT, programming, and software development. As a System Analyst the responsibilities include prioritizing user requirements, overseeing system upgrades, researching new tools ad provide support as required. Work during normal business hours and on-call after hours and during weekends on a rotation basis. In this role, you should be highly analytical and able to understand business needs. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential. Responsibilities: What you'll do * The system analyst consults with end users and gathers information related to new change requests, documents the business need, analyzes the need, and determines if new software on personal computers is required or a modification to existing software is needed * As required the system analyst will document software functional specifications * The system analyst will monitor the health of the applications * The system analysts assist other system administrators by creating, editing, and distributing IT-related documents.
