## About the Role

* You are a self-starter who proactively takes on challenges and works to get them fixed, aiming for long-term solutions.
 * You are not afraid to talk to people, with strong interpersonal and organization skills.
 * You take ownership of your work, adapt to changing requirements, and love solving complex problems.
 * You are confident programming in Java and/or C++.
 * You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent practical experience).
 * You are currently eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship and able to obtain UK security clearance.
 * You have a passion for simulation, gaming, and space tech, and a drive to build code you are proud of.

Nice to have:

Experience with C#, Web Backend, JavaScript, or gaming engines/technologies. Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites or international offices. Prior experience in aerospace, defense, or serious gaming projects.
