## Description

Are you a Professional Services Engineer based in the South-East looking to take ownership of enterprise-level security projects? As a Professional Services Engineer, you will be responsible for leading technical delivery, system migrations, upgrades and client aftercare support across advanced Access Control and CCTV platforms. You will be working for a nationally established security systems integrator with nearly 20 years' experience delivering enterprise and global security solutions to government, technology and blue-chip organisations., * Take ownership of technical delivery and aftercare activities, including system migrations, hardware and software upgrades, and remote support services

 * Lead deployment, installation, and configuration of hardware, software, and cloud-based security solutions
 * Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and risk mitigation strategies
 * Customise solutions to meet client-specific requirements including scripting, integrations and interface configuration
 * Provide proactive technical guidance to maximise client system performance and identify upgrade opportunities
 * Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, implementing preventative and resolution strategies
 * Support Commercial and Aftercare teams with client meetings, system demonstrations, redesigns and FAT testing
