A great implementation sets the tone for everything that follows: product adoption, customer confidence and the quality of the long-term relationship. As a Product Implementation Specialist, you'll own the customer journey from signed contract to successful launch across both our core HRIS and Athena platforms. You'll help customers migrate complex data, configure Humaans around their organisation and deploy AI agents that deliver value from day one. You'll work closely with customers and teams across Sales, Customer Success, Product and Engineering.
